The alloy for the core of the unit is made by use of a special stainless steel. This alloy is impervious to corrosion and very durable from wear. The high gradient magnetic filter cleans the steam water that is either backflushed or moving forward. The design of the cores are a combination of thick and thin areaswhich makes it well protected and suitable for when the steam backflushes. These cores have a working lifespan of more than ten years in normal conditions.

They are highly efficient. At a temperature of 180ºC they are able to clean out iron oxide at sizes from 0.03μm~150 μm

The filter core is also built using a ferromagnetic portion that is appropriate for use with the condensation water that reaches up to 180ºC. The walls of the unit are made with a protective thermal coating which insulates the conduction of the internal heat and suppresses the magnetic field from extending outwards.

The filter core is made of highly magnetic gathering stainless steel that is capable of reaching an intensity of 2 tesla and 1 tesla s/μm. The magnetic gradient is generated from the external magnetic field. The design of the cores are a combination of thick and thin areas so that they can take out all of the magnetic material that is suspended in the gases or water from 150μm ~0.03μm while it goes through the filter. The efficiency rate of the unit is higher than 99.5% with the water and the fe content is less than 5mg/L.  

It has a low operation cost as it only needs electricity and that can be decreased as needed if better quality water is used.
Less pumps are needed making costs less as well.

The difference in the operating pressure is just 0.02Mpa~0.03Mpa this means no additional pumps are needed to operate the units.

Being touch screen activated and utilizing a PLC makes it very easy to operate both at the machine or on the network.
